Consider me your on demand trainer. You can access me any time of day from anywhere around the world. All of the MFit workouts can be done at home or taken with you to the gym. My workouts require very little equipment and typically last between 20 minutes and 1 hour. You will find a variety of workouts at different difficulty levels. What is included?

The MFit Membership comes with everything you could possibly need to get fit from your home. New full-length workout videos are uploaded to the MFit Workout Library a minimum of one time a week. These videos come complete with a warm-up and cool down, so you don’t have to click through multiple videos to finish your workout. You will have access the the MFit Exercise Library which is filled with 200+ exercise demos to help you learn new movements and create your own workout. This Membership program comes with a daily workout schedule. I will literally tell you what to do everyday so you don’t have to think about it. You can choose to follow the schedule or not. If you choose to follow the plan I’ve made for you, you will be excited to see Live Classes on the schedule. Up to twice a week, I host a live class on the MFit Member private Facebook group. Did I mention Membership also comes with the MFit Diet Planner, Daily Stretch List, Grocery Lists and the MFit Cookbook?
